1650 T scrap shear

“Shear modality” the feeding operations will be made as follow: Installation of the material in the charging box; Closing of the two lids, flat lid and curve lid, without any pressure and with the only one purpose to prepare and cover the material with the feeding cylinder in operation; Feeding of the shear system thanks to a proper cylinder.

The shear system is integrated with one hold down clamp in order to better prepare the material before the cutting operation. Using the hold down clamp with light material there’s the possibility to press too much the material, without allow a correct cutting operation. At this purpose the hold down clamp can be set in “stand by” modality;
